Benedict CHIA

Mr Benedict Chia is Director for Strategic Issues in the National Climate Change Secretariat, Strategy Group in the Prime Minister’s Office of Singapore. He oversees economic research and low carbon technology development. Prior to that, he has served in the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Trade and Industry, as well as the Ministry of Environment and Water Resources in Singapore.
